Very easy listening and easy to understand and follow simple instructions .
Straightforward with good questions
Useful although (speaking here as a physics specialist) the sections on convection and radiation reinforce common misconceptions. Radiation will not only spread to nearby objects, it will spread to any distance but becomes less intense as it does so. Convection does not involve fluids becoming lighter; the constituent particles spread out causing a drop in density but the total mass (often referred to as weight) remains constant. The section on fire extinguisher use is very clear and thorough.
