Clear & concise
I particularly liked the way it mixed up the ways of learning by using various presenters, occasional questions, and videos. The clear & concise information and the bullet points at the end of each topic made the information easy to remember.

This course was very thorough and explained very well. It was just the right length and a very good refresher or first time course.
very informative
was beneficial to learn about the different types of fire extinguishers. We see them everyday but its not something that we tend to look at in fine detail to see which ones we have around the building.
