Videos were unnecessarily long.
The content was very good, but many of the videos were too slow or long. A transcript of several videos would have been better and less time consuming.

Very clear course
Very clear course, the interactive nature of it makes it very easy to follow and understand. Practical guidance regarding extinguisher use too.
easy to use training
Good in most ways, but I can't remember the different classes of fire by the time they are refered to in the questions where I don't have the images to remind me.
Some irrelevant info
Too much irrelevant info added that meant this took too long to complete. I don't feel I need to know the British safety standards background information ie year of introduction etc as this does not impact on how I would act if I discovered a fire.
