Comprehensive and clear.
It was well done so that it was easy to see each type of extinguisher and it showed how to operate one close up so that you could really visualise it. What to do was quite clear so that I felt it would be easy to do the right thing in a fire.

A really useful course, which was delivered well, with easy to follow steps and very informative.

I liked that the information was clear and each section was not too long . I also printed off the information on fire extinguishers as I feel that was a weakness in my knowledge.

The step-by-step course allowed knowledge to accumulate in a logical order. Being able to pause or revisit parts of the course was really useful.

Really useful !!
I found this really useful and was good to revisit this a year later to keep my knowledge up to date.
Extremely clear instructions
I found the training a very useful reminder and learned some new things too. It is tricky to remember which colour extinguisher to use for which hazard, so I may review this and make a note.
