I liked this course because it was done at my own pace and was very informative.

Very thorough
The training is clearly structured and the content divided into sub-sections for ease of information recall. The use of the same trainer, delivering the summary at the start of each section, aids cohesion. Furthermore, the use of a person helps to remind us that the training is more than a tick box exercise – real lives are on the line.

Brilliant course, would definitely recommend to everyone to complete to build up your confidence in dealing with fire. Very useful as well as a refresher as well from time to time.

Too much emphasis is given to the type of extinguisher and types of fire when there are other priorities in the event of a fire which are covered in less detail.
