Really informative course
The course was delivered in an informative way and in clear sections. Mixture of visual and oral explanations. The summaries at the end of each section helped to reinforce the key points. The course could be accessed at own pace and opportunities to re watch a section if deemed necessary. The providers spoke in a clear manner with good pace. Thank you!

Very good, highlighting the potential dangers of fires etc.
Engaging and interactive content
The course was paced well and had short videos to keep users engaged. The use of short questions and the quiz at the end helped to cement knowledge. Felt the fire extinguisher information was a bit excessive, particularly as we are advised only to use on small fires and the canisters are labelled.
