Much better than last year's!
On the whole this was excellent – practical and memorable – but I was worried by the constant use of class A, class B etc fires when I had barely had time to remember which was which. It would have been helpful to have reinforcement of this information as each type of extinguisher was introduced as well as mentioning for example "wait until the fat has cooled" later in that section.
