Clear and easy to understand
This course was full of great information, which was easily understood and clear to the point of what needs to be done in the event of a fire and keeping everyone involved calm and safe
Good refresher and memory jogger
Covers all key areas concisely and gives the correct level of info . Allows you to go in to areas if you need more info. I have taken this twice and it was still fresh I enjoed this course
Excellent & critically important overvie
Much of this was new to ie TYPES of fire and TYPES of extinguisher. I shall retain the 2 pages of notes I name to pass the test!
