Concise and practical
Good course, I have been on a lot of fire safety courses over the years and but I learnt new things from this course that would definitely be helpful in the event of a fire either at home or work, and it was delivered very efficiently.
Generally overall a good course
Please be aware that there are 2 photos missing on the test for the fire signs which only enables you to guess what the signs are actually portraying. If you are lucky and guess correctly without an actual visual reference you will score 100% but if you guess incorrectly your score will be affected.

Excellent step by step videos and scripts. Very concise, informative with clear instruction from establishing fire risks to how to deal with an actual incident and also what "not to do" .
