Concise and straightforward
Clear concise delivery, fire extinguisher use was repetitive and unrealistic, from experience the noise of the fire extinguisher can be startling.
Wasn't too time consuming to complete.
As a new start I had to complete this training as part of my Induction. I found it clear and concise and easy to follow and the multiple choice test at the end was varied enough to test my knowledge on what I had learned.

Some issues
Hello, I noticed that the question set included a question asking first about the fire triangle, and then secondly about the fire tetrahedron. It would be far more clear if only a single concept was used. Additionally, questions about the transfer of heat through space/the air should be referred to as "Thermal Radiation" in the questions. The term "radiation" actually refers to the emission or transmission of energy in the form of waves or particles through space or through a material medium (which can include thermal radiation in addition to many other sources of radiation).
An excellent course.
The training course was well structured and comprehensively covered the key aspects of Fire Awareness. This included the responsibilities of individuals to alarm, assess risk and evacuate in the event of a fire. Of particular interest was the description of the various fire extinguisher types, how they should be used and their suitability for particular fire types.
Good and informative course.
This was a very good training course that provided an in depth look at fire hazard awareness.
