Easy to follow and informative
The course does what is is suppose to. Personally I would like to be able to fast forward through the basic stuff rather than having to watch all of it, especially when it is a course you do every year. I realise why they make you sit through it all, but I personally feel this is unnecessary.

A good introduction to fire safety, nothing new but a good reminder
Clear and concise but very detailed
A comprehensive training course covering all you need to know about preventing fires, procedures to follow and tackling small fires safely. The detail about types of fires, signs and equipment is difficult to remember but the most important information is emphasised to enable learning and if this course is completed annually it will be a very effective tool.
