Simple and effective
The course gives a good overview of the basic principles of combustion and explains the correct behaviour and procedures to be followed when tackling a fire, when it is safe to do so.
Really informative and interesting
Your training courses are genuinely all very informative and interesting. Going through the Fire Safety Training course, it was very helpful to know the various facts around fire and especially what fire extinguisher to use. Unlike other training courses, this keeps me interested and engaged.

This was a comprehensive training.
A clear and concise style of delivery yet very professional throughout the session. I particularly liked the simplistic approach eg: plain background with presenter dressed in black which enabled me to focus solely on the speaker as opposed to 'fancy' graphics….etc. The session was also timed for 30 minutes ensuring full engagement from start to finish.
