Very informative, providing information that can be used both at work and within the home. I have done many fire courses over the years and felt that this was the best one ever! A lot of information, I will definitely revisit periodically.

Easy to follow, illustrative and concise, so that the user is able to absorb the necessary information without being bombarded with additional jargon or excess information which confuses the crucial messages. Brief enough to be engaging without skimping on the essentials.

Well presented and interesting introduction to fire awareness and safety. Take home messages were easy to pick up and understand. The fire extinguisher table is a useful resource to keep at my work desk.

Online training is welcome as it is totally flexible. The session was not too long and the content was relevant and concise. It is an intuitive system which is reasonably easy to navigate.
