covered all salient points of fire awareness and takes the time to go through every day questions step-by-step really good, an example of how well things can be explained in a clear easy to understand manner
Very thorough course
Very through course. A lot of information to take on board and remember in one go. Could cause some people to feel rather overwhelmed/overloaded with technical details. The opportunity to revisit and listen to modules again is good and helps to address the issue not absorbing information the first time of listening.
