This was a comprehensive training.
A clear and concise style of delivery yet very professional throughout the session. I particularly liked the simplistic approach eg: plain background with presenter dressed in black which enabled me to focus solely on the speaker as opposed to 'fancy' graphics….etc. The session was also timed for 30 minutes ensuring full engagement from start to finish.
