Good.
I would have given Five Stars, but the Online Video content has problems. When each video clip is approx. 2/3rds through the sound cuts out. I managed to get around the Problem by clicking on the transcript on the bottom of the Page. Perhaps someone could sort out the Sound issue on the Video?

The course is to the point and each video clip has bullet points after completion helps reiterate key factors . Great learning tool .

Lots of information
I found this training very thorough. It covered the different classes of fire with very good explanations as to which extinguisher to use, including demonstrating how to use the extinguishers and also a fire blanket. The training also covered the different types of signage such as mandatory, prohibition, warning and safe condition signs. Overall I think this is suitable training for all staff within an organisation. However, it has reminded me that within the organisation when we have fire drills there is no register taken to ensure all staff and learners have evacuated the buildings.

this course is very good and gives clear information without over doing it, the caller spoke slowly and clearly and the gentleman doing the demonstration on fire extinguishers was clear and informative .
