Unskippable content = frustration
Unskippable content that only works to frustrate those who already have good understanding. If you want to make sure everyone knows their stuff, make the test harder so it demands good understanding. The types of questions in the fire awareness could be answer by a 5 year old, and clearly that's how the trainee is treated with these locked videos. Know how to manipulate the website? The quiz is locked until the content is completed. The only real way to speed through if you know the stuff already is right-click to change the video speed to x2.

Informative
One thing though, while heat could be considered to be a source of ignition, I would suggest swapping heat with ignition or adding ignition as well as heat i.e. Ignition/heat as there are different sources of ignition. For example electricity causing a spark from a faulty appliance? Ignition/Fuel and Oxygen.
Very simple to follow
A nice clear course which covers all the basics of fire safety. There was an option to retake the test to improve the score, but it is not obvious how to do this. I went back into the course but it wouldn't let me jump straight back to the test without going through all the training videos again. I clicked the wrong answer in error during the test and wanted to correct this, but didn't have time to watch it all again.
