This course was brilliant; very clear.
This course was excellent. The content was well explained and the questions every so often reassured your learning. Nice to have some resources to print and pin on our work areas. The videos on how to use the different extinguishers were really helpful as the visual learning aids to consolidate the understanding. The only improvement I can think of, is the ability to redo the test, so a 100% can be achieved on the second attempt, as the 90-95% achieved may be because of the wording of a question for an EAL employee, for example, and having the opportunity to repeat the test will give him/her more confidence.

Brilliant course, definitely.
This course on 'fire Awareness Training' took me more time than most as I have to concentrate more due to having poor memory recall of late . The short brief sections especially with review notes after each part works very well for me and I couldn't wait for the remaining parts. This section on fire was very detailed and needs to be taken slowly so it will 'stick in the mind'. The simple graphics and visuals worked very well as a means to understand and learn.

fire awareness training was good as it taught you and shown you what you should do and what not to do if there is a fire at your work place and your home so now I know what to do if there was a fire at my home or workplace!
