very informative and detailed
All very good, but will be rather difficult to remember eg choice of fire extinguishers, types of fires.
It is too long.
The test is also too long and it is expected to remember details to answer the test questions.

Clumsy and inaccurate at times
Pointless multiple short clips are far less effective then 2-3 sections of a few minutes each. Also advising people trapped in a burning building to open a window to call for help is daft, opening the window will draw the smoke and fire into that room much sooner
