Great reminder
The app got stuck and it was frustrating but within a few mins I was able to log the issue and within a few minutes the help desk responded and I was back on track. Great to know there is someone there to help and not just a bot ! Thank you

The course was fine but most of it irrelevant for my role as a teacher as we have been told not to use extinguishers. I wish this would be considered when asking us to do training in our own time.
