The person spoke very clearly and was easy to understand
This seemed less complicated than the previous course, but that was a year ago. I think it was divided into shorter sections. There was one question which I did not remember being included in the course (the one about breathing through the nose/mouth/both). I didn't go back and check so I may have missed it.

Excellent course for everyone to learn.
It helped understand different types of fore extinguishers that I had no idea about and to understand different classes of fires and how to deal with each. A wonderful course that I'm willing to invest my time to gain more knowledge about it.
