Very useful and clear advice
It would help, when referring to class A,B,C,D,E fires, when describing which extinguishers to use, to re-specify what the classes of fire are. If one has not taken notes, it is of little help to be told that an extinguisher is no use on a Class C fire, if one cannot recall what a class C fire is.
Excellent Course
This course was very informative and I have learned several useful facts which I didn't know before.
Engaging and informative.
I enjoyed the short videos for each piece of information and the regular checking of knowledge. I thought the training was excellent overall.
Brief and to the point. Very clear
I was very impressed with the way each section is broken up so that it gives you time to absorb the information before moving on. The summary at the end of each short film is great especially if you need to clarify anything, saves watching the video all the way through again just for one piece of information. The demonstrations of fire extinguishers was great especially on how best to use them too. (i hope i remember if i ever need to use one although i do know to quickly read the canister first to double check i have the right one and for instructions) Thank you. I feel much better equipped to deal with small work place fires now.
A well explained course
I found this course to be very easy to follow whilst remaining most informative. There is nothing I personally would change about it. Every detail was clear and precise!
