The course was easy to follow, the video clips were easy to understand for what to DO and the Dont's for how to use a fire extinguisher or blanket. I also learnt the P.E.E.P which stands for:- Personal. Emergency. Evacuation. Plan.

This is the perfect course for Fire Wardens in the work place to follow. Sometimes the word did not match the video so 4 stars awarded.
VERY HELPFUL
This was useful information although I might not remember which extinguisher to use at the time. If I was unsure I would evacuate.
