Informative, clear and easy to follow
Informative, clear and easy to follow and having the option to watch video again or logon and off, going back into the training is helpful, when working in a busy office and having operational interruptions.
Could be so much more interesting
There was a lot of information, and it was read by one person in video format. There were no opportunities taken to make it more engaging and it was a shame it was just like reading a manual but in Audiobook style. I would have loved to do something more interactive and memorable.
A long but excellent course, suitable as a good refresher or somebody new into the business.

Engaging and infromative
Covered all aspects of a Fire Warden's duties. It was well presented and formatted in a logical sequence. Explanations were concise and easily understandable allowing for no ambiguity.
