Informative for my new role as Warden
I found the training helpful but also raised a few questions that the course could not answer. It would be useful to have training with a tutor within a group setting so I could have raised my concerns that fit within my workplace as a independent living accommodation as a warden.

Great training course, very easy to follow, explained very well and I came away from the training course with lots more knowledge and understanding. I now feel more confident in the subject.

Good training – simple to navigate.
The training was a very helpful and fuss free way of learning and refreshing knowledge in this area. It was good that you could revisit any videos again if needed. Question lay out was not too complex.
