Clear and easy to follow training audio and video. Good graphics. Well broken down sections that mean you can leave the course and return at any time.

Easy to follow concept
A well constructed site with easy to use instructions. Hard to follow some aspects in a noisy site office but as you can navigate backwards and forwards it makes it easier to complete the course.

Good course
The 'Fire Tetrahedron' is an un-necessary concept. It adds nothing to the understanding of this subject. Everyone knows the fire triangle, even 12 year-olds that I deal with as Scouts. The tetrahedron is an unhelpful complication with no added value.
