I am glad I took this refresher course has it helps me to remember things.

Great that you can do a part at a time and come back to it as it is very long. Easy to watch and very visual in small sections. Keeps you alert with random questions throughout. I think the video watching the people not react to the fire alarm too long but I suppose that was the idea to let you know how long they ignored the fire alarm. Having extra resources to look at at the side was also beneficial especially the different fire extinguisher poster.

This is very interesting but there's too much information to digest for a final test set up the way this is. I'm being asked to absorb nearly 2 hours worth of information, which I can't go back and check without having to redo all the subsequent slides. Maybe the test needs to be divided into sections which are completed after each segment of the programme. As a 'fire warden' in a primary school, my one and only consideration is to get all the children I teach and those people I work with to safety. Is there scope for a fire safety programme more suited to those of us who will not be fighting fires as our priorities will be somewhat different?

The session was very informative, and clear explanations.

I need more training as the admin to work the system please. I only got 95% I would have liked to have gone back and retaken the test but it doesn't allow you to.
