This was a clear, informative and detailed course, showing how the information works in practice with expert advice and instructions. The visuals used made it easier to take in and retain the information.

I found it very informative.
I like the fact that if you get a question wrong on the test that you can go back and listen to the video again.
Very clear
Very clearly explained but it needs to speed up a bit. Reading the transcript helped as I could do this more quickly. The table showing how the different fire extinguishers is used is really helpful. If this could be printed out and stuck next to the fire extinguishers around the school I think people would feel more confident in their use.
clear, concise training
The course was very accessible, especially as information was given in short videos. I liked the way it tested as it went along to ensure you were listening carefully to each clip.
Too the point
I am a fire warden, but it is not my main role. Having done different Fire Warden training in the past, I found this to be much more school related, with bite size information and then a multiple choice test and the end. I would recommend this to other Fire Wardens were they are not the responsible person.
