Good course with a lot of information (quite rightly) to take on board. I think this should be rolled out more regularly considering the importance of it. Every quarter seems more appropriate.

Even though some of it did not relate to my current position, I found the course very interesting

Concise and easily understood
Well detailed without being overly technical or confusing. Good use of visuals to relate to experience and practise ie extinguishes and risk assessments.

Helpful easy to understand
The course was well explained and easy to understand. The ocasional questions keep you alert. I found it enjoyable.

Really simple and effective.
Short blasts of information break the learning up into very manageable chunks and all are easy to understand. The visual clues are very helpful and I also like the use of scenarios. I felt confident to complete the test at the end and passed straight away.
