Good overarching course
Covered a wide variety of subjects which was good and although there wasn't obviously a practical part to the training (using fire extinguishers) which I have had in the past the video training did a good job on showing you how to use them.

A very clear and explicit course.
I found the Fire Warden training very specific and useful to the role of the job. It had a varied way of showing the main points – from clearly spoken by the leader of the course, fire officer explaining things, demonstration of use of fire extinguishers, examples of events in public places and pictures and labelled diagrams. It was very useful having the main points highlighted at the end of each section. It was beneficial to be able to pause each section, where appropriate, and being able to break at any point and start again later. Overall, it was very well presented with all points clearly explained and highlighted. Thank you.
Lots of information.
A good course with lots of information regarding the role of a Fire Warden, the daily tasks and how to evacuate safely. The videos were a good part of the course and showed how people behave when an alarm sounds. I particularly like the detail about what types of extinguisher there are, what they are safe to use on and how to use them.
