The course was well delivered, a good pace, even though it covered plenty of information. I found it a bit frustrating that each section was small videos though.

Very clear and informative in all areas. I found the videos of people's behaviour very interesting and useful. Having been in a fire in a block of flats myself, I was not surprised by the behaviour of the people involved.

This training was easy to follow. With the videos being short there wasn't too much information to absorb in one time. You can stop and come back or re-watch parts you didn't get.
