Good level of content
Very detailed and plenty of information only changes would be in testing process. Would be better if tests were during course not at end as sometimes have to start and stop in course. Also, questions could be more interactive than simple multiple choice.
Easy to follow.
Took me longer than the specified time as I did it in sections over a couple of days and made notes throughout, it was good that you could stop and then restart where you left off.

Very well structured, easy to navigate and succinct points delivered clearly and concisely. I will find out where my exit routes are and react immediately in future to an alarm.

Emphasises all of the relevant points required to do the job. I felt some of the videos were too long particularly the one about reacting to a fire alarm.
