Far too long the videos lacks real life
The sweet shop was shocking, however the number of videos and the overall time was quite onerous this is quite a challenge to do. I had to do this over a long time as I felt I might fall asleep. It may be useful to advise people to have a note pad and pen at the start there is a lot of info.

The course was very detailed with lots of information on the best practices in dealing with different types of fire. I have learnt a lot from this course.
Good, clear training.
The section exploring how people actually behave when a fire alarm goes off was interesting and very recognisable. I am much clearer now about what the different types of fire extinguisher are for and how to use them. I have never had training in this at any workplace in 40 years of employment!
