Easy to understand and professional.
When I started this training, I had no knowledge about what Fire Warden duties are. Now after completing this course, I am confident to share my knowledge with my colleges at work.
Was far too long!
As I’d just done the Fire Awareness module, there was a lot of duplications. Thought the module was too long. The hidden camera part could have made shorter, in my humble opinion.

The videos helped me understand the content as well as breaking down each part and providing a summary of the section.
Good, clear information.
A highly informative course. In particular, the videos demonstrating typical behaviour on hearing a fire alarm were enlightening. As the course included spoken word, images, diagrams and video it kept the interest of the attendee. The pace was about right and the level of detail also.
