I found the course easy to follow and informative
Visitor Centres
In this course, it doesn’t include visitor centres. You show evaluation from an office but not from kitchen and shop with customers.
Clear and comprehensive course
I appreciated the opportunity to refresh my fire warden training; the last time I did it was on-site, but the detail online was just as good, with links to relevant information. I also paused at times to find the University's fire action plan, which was also a good reminder.

Logical, easy and accurate information for learning and awareness
Designed to be easy to learn from with a clear, logical and easy to understand layout. Simple, accurate information with lots of pictures and diagrams.
