I found the course overall very helpful.
While I stick to the above comment I have to add that there was a huge amount of information to digest. I especially found the part on fire extinguishers quite taxing. Also my name is Sr Patricia not Brenda I am not sure why there is this mix up since the email for the link came to my email address? Maybe you could send me a certificate with the correct name so it can be put in with our records? Thanks

Very good presentation
This was an easy to follow and understand training session. The only bit that confused me was in relation to testing of fire alarms, in one section it says weekly, monthly in another it says once or twice a year!
