Very informative and useful for everyone
More informative than I thought and useful to know for everyone, if you ever happen to find yourself in a fire or similar situation. The only annoying thing was that it is divided in endless 1-2 minute videos and you always have to click forward and wait for the next one to load…! There is a short test at the end, so you do need to pay some attention.

Well structured
All important information conveyed in a concise course. Participants aren’t inundated with vast amounts of facts which are of no use.
Explained clearly
Easy to understand, demonstrated with good videos.
Quick, Clear, and to the Point
It was refreshing to take a course that gave the information to you as though you're an adult! Many courses like this I've taken before have been very condescending and unnecessarily detailed in some areas. This was not the case here. Summarises information clearly and in small segments. Video is also much more preferable and effective than slides.
