Clear and dynamic
Easy to understand and the times go quickly!
Well presented, easy to follow.
The course is very informative whilst not overloading with too much information in what is a relatively short timeframe. I think the course has been very well put together and has a flow that is easy to follow and easy to absorb. I feel that I can now respond appropriately to an emergency situation, and have gained the knowledge and skills to be confident in discharging the duties of a fire warden thanks to this training course. Though I hope I never have to do it in an actual emergency situation.
