The course was well presented with the scenarios at work. It was more informative than I first thought and there are many things to understand when dealing with accommodation, potential people at risk and knowing the complexities of the law and around working during an emergency.

Easy to digest
I appreciated the short, bite size sections that made it really easy to follow and digest. Presentors were great too, and passed on the information really simply. I feel confident in my role and duties now.

Was good apart from Ihasco kept crashing and showing "bad gateway" partway through the course . I had put time aside to do it and had to keep returning which wasn't convenient.
