I found the training pitch just right, with really good content.
Could be better
There were 58 'pages' to this which were completely unneccessary, there's a lot of information to take in, which could have been delivered better and with more tests and interaction in each section, but there is very little resource to download and refer back to. The fire extinguisher demonstrations were great, but by the time I come to putting out a fire, I don't think I will remember which fire to do circular motions and which not to fire at the base etc and also by the end of the course, I couldn't remember the difference between combustion and the other com…. . Although the people in the video's were knowlegeable, I think this course needs to be re – designed and more resource available to refer back to when necessary.

This course covers a need to know area which is relatively tame content but of significant importance – this course covers the elements with brevity but comprehensive clarity
