All important information conveyed in a concise course. Participants aren’t inundated with vast amounts of facts which are of no use.

Quick, Clear, and to the Point
It was refreshing to take a course that gave the information to you as though you're an adult! Many courses like this I've taken before have been very condescending and unnecessarily detailed in some areas. This was not the case here. Summarises information clearly and in small segments. Video is also much more preferable and effective than slides.

We get to know the dangers of fire and how to tackle them. Everything is explained in details with videos and simple language where we can understand it fully.
