Good clear course information
Good clear information and presentation, both verbally and visually. Good images and use of video. Pace of information is generally good but overall may be a little long. I was doing a refresher, there could possibly be a shorter version for this. Overall very good course. Thank you.

All types of fires and scenarios were well explained, good clear information given on how to protect the safety of all your operatives and potential causes of fires and how they should be recognised as a source of ignition.
More test questions would improve it
It was clear and as concise as possible. I did get confused about which extinguishers for which fires, so am doing a printout of that.
