Clear, concise
The course was easy to listen to, and split up into short videos for each category. The summaries provided at the end of each video were a good recap of what I had just listened to. Images along with the audio were helpful in remembering key information
Very good
A clear, logical and comprehensive course. Well-delivered but could benefit from 'case history'-type of examples e.g. showing correct and incorrect use of the different extinguishers. The sort of anecdotal examples of what can go wrong that you get on a traditional training course
