Well presented
Well delivered and having it broken into short sections made it more easily digestible. It meant that I could replay the sections where I only needed to catch a particular part of the section.

About the right depth
The course was a good refresher and I felt a good balance between general fire knowledge and the role of Fire Warden. Questions throughout are a good idea. The personal safety messages were strong and clear.
