It was in short sections that I found easy to follow, and pause or stop if necessary, and it was fairly easy to go back if I thought I had missed something.

The short clips were great.
It was really easy to access and I found the short clips really useful as it was only a small amount of information at a time. I also liked the summary at the end of each clip.
