Course is user friendly
Course was informative and kept to the requirements. Video allowed you to go through at your own pace and you could look at the additional information for you wanted to. Course kept to the time limits and the test was easy to follow. There is only one attempt but the pass mark set is fair.
Useful to know what should be in the first aid kit and that any accidents should be recorded.
There's an emphasis on no first aid being administered but if you are the person to dial 999 the operator may instruct you to administer first aid or start resuscitation with guidance if necessary so I feel its a little misleading to say that you won't need do anything other than call.
