A very informative refresher course
The course was very clear and understandable.
A well designed and informative course
This course covered all of the situations that a First Aider would require to be able to manage several incidents that could arise in a workplace. The facilitators explained everything clearly and the illustrations using the models helped in terms of applying the techniques being taught.
Concise, clear information.
I liked the way the information was chunked, so sections I use regularly on could be skipped and others could have my full attention. I liked the summary points, I jotted these down for areas I did not feel confident.

Great
Informative, well structured and to the point. Refreshes all of the information provided in a First Aid at Work in person course, I would suggest that everybody within a workplace, whether they have previously had first aid training or not, should watch this as it could save a life.
