Kept repeating
Multiple clips repeated themselves with an unnecessary ‘take a break’ clip halfway through. Information is good but boring way of teaching

Interesting course
It’s very interesting knowing about food allergy’s, being aware of different things that can happen because of certain foods means we can live a healthier lifestyle, and knowing what to do if someone has an allergic reaction is very useful.
