Clear and concise information
Course was easy to follow and gave you enough information, my only criticism is that I think half way through it should have reminded you of the 14 allergens by name. As a chef I am very familiar with them but as a food handler or trainee there may be less familiarity with them.

I have worked with food for years. This corse pointed out a couple of items I was not aware of.
