It has taken me almost a full working day to complete a task that should be completed in under an hour. It wouldn’t show me the multiple choice answers to questions. It was just blank. I did get in touch with their customer service and got an email from Lewis, to say that he had moved it on. I had read nearly all of it when it started playing up again and sent me right back to watching them all again. Lewis did say that if I needed some more support to email him back.

Seemed more about Protecting the Business than the Consumer – make sure everything is written and displayed regarding Allergens, but nothing about First Aid advice.

This way of learning was surprisingly challenging but the topics and content was clearly and precisely presented.

Questions need to be asked the same as taught in the training.
